Step into sacred space and return to the truth of who you are. Our Cacao Ceremony is a heart-centered journey of remembrance—an invitation to come home to your most authentic self through the gentle yet powerful support of ceremonial cacao, breath, movement, and sound. We begin with heart-opening plant medicine, sipping sacred cacao to awaken the energy of unconditional love and soften the edges between the mind and the body. As the cacao flows through you, you’ll be guided into conscious breathwork to clear stagnant energy and open the channels of intuition and aliveness. Through embodied vinyasa yoga, we move gently and intuitively—unfolding from the inside out, awakening somatic intelligence, and reconnecting with the wisdom stored deep within. Layered with somatic tools, we begin the process of unhooking from mental loops and grounding into the ancient truth of the body. The ceremony is sealed with guided meditation and immersive sound healing, allowing you to rest deeply in presence, integration, and inner harmony. This is more than a ceremony—it’s a homecoming. A sacred space where masks fall away and your essence is welcomed, witnessed, and honored.
