Allowed & Not Allowed Items🚫 Prohibited Items & Safety Guidelines For the safety, well-being, and sacred return of all beings, the following items and behaviors are not allowed at Frequency One Fest™ ❌ Not Permitted • Weapons / Firearms – This is a space of peace and unity • Illegal Substances – Zero tolerance. Security will be present • Glass Containers – Please use plastic or eco-friendly options • Fireworks / Open Flames in non-designated areas – Fire danger is real; help us protect the land • Swimming in Legacy Lake – For your safety and the lake's well-being • Negative Vibes – Let’s all contribute to a supportive, uplifting atmosphere • Air Horns – Respect your neighbors’ nervous systems • Candles & Open Flames – Fire hazard. Bring a flashlight or headlamp instead • Valuables – If it’s precious, it’s safer at home • Amplified Sound Systems in Camp – Unless part of an approved installation • Over-intoxication – Anyone visibly unsafe may be escorted to medical or asked to leave • Drones – Only permitted for approved videographers • Motorized Vehicles – No scooters, golf carts, etc. ✅ What to Bring Pack with purpose. Bring what nourishes your body, uplifts your spirit, and respects the land. 🌿 Practical Essentials • Waiver (already signed/submitted) • Government-issued ID • Your ticket • Bring a wagon – you'll need it to carry your items from parking into the quarry • Refillable (non-glass) water bottles or hydration packs • Whisper or solar/battery powered generators ONLY • Cooler with ice and personal food or drinks (If you don’t want to bother with the hassle of keeping items cold, we’ve got amazing vendors ready to nourish you) • Camping stoves – permitted in campsite areas only • Flashlight or headlamp (with extra batteries) • First aid kit • Sunscreen • Bug spray • Over-the-counter medications (containers may be inspected by entry staff) • Prescription medications in pharmacy-labeled containers (only enough for fest duration; subject to inspection) • Sturdy walking shoes or sandals (some rocky terrain) • Baby strollers • Yoga mat or blanket (for workshops & music viewing) • Tent, tarp, or shade canopy • Earplugs, eye mask, and items for restful sleep 🎨 Creative & Comfort Enhancers • Costumes and expressive festival wear • Flow toys, hula hoops, or non-fire props • Musical instruments or sound makers • Banners, flags, or tapestries • Pillows, hammocks, low chairs, or poufs • Journals, art supplies, or altar offerings 🌎 Community Care • Trash and/or recycling bags – Leave No Trace • Tennis balls or pool noodles for tent stakes • Offerings for the Giving Tree or Sacred Return altar • Your open heart and highest frequency

What’s the festival grounds like?🏞 Festival Grounds & Lake Info Frequency One Fest™ is held on a beautiful 150-acre property with a 49-acre lake at the center — a perfect natural space to explore, reflect, and connect. 🌊 About the Lake This lake is for beauty and catch-and-release fishing only ❌ No swimming allowed – for safety reasons The lake sits within an old rock quarry, adding to its unique charm Grassy trails circle the lake — perfect for walking and relaxing 🥾 What to Bring Walking shoes – trails can be rocky in spots Yoga mat or blanket – the music viewing areas are rock-based, topped with grass/wood chips

Is this a family-friendly event where I can bring my child?👨👩👧👦 Family & Youth Info ✅ Families are welcome and encouraged to camp! 🎟 Children 12 & under: Free admission with ticket-holding adult Must be registered with a signed waiver at check-in 🧒 All youth must be supervised by an adult Under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult for camping We’ll have youth-led workshops — please encourage attendance! 🚫 No underage drinking tolerated – ZERO Tolerance

Will There Be Showers and Water?📌 Boondock style – no hookups 🚱 No water / no electric – pack in all supplies 🧊 Coolers are allowed 🚿 Portable showers welcome 💧 Bring your own water (we recommend large refillable jugs) 💲 Low-cost water stations available on-site ℹ️ What is Boondocking? Can I bring my Pet?🐾 Animal Policy ✅ Service animals are 100% welcome 🐶 Dogs allowed with discretion Strict leash required at all times Owners must clean up all waste (bare feet are everywhere!) Provide your Pet with water stations 🚫 No leaving animals unattended (in vehicles or campsites) ⚠️ Violations may result in removal without refund ❌ No aggressive or excessively barking dogs — you will be asked to leave ❤️ We love animals — let’s keep them safe and respected

I Can't Use the Tickets I Bought, Can I Get a Refund?🎫 Ticket & Vendor Policy All tickets and vendor registrations are non-refundable Refunds only issued if the event is officially canceled by organizers Once event starts, No refunds even for weather cancellations One-time name transfer allowed if you cannot attend No reimbursements for price differences (e.g., presale vs gate price) Buyer is responsible for any additional fees during a transfer No RV Refunds

How can I help Promote Sustainability over the weekend?🌿 Sustainability & Eco Guidelines We’re committed to honoring the land and leaving it better than we found it. Help us keep Frequency One Fest™ clean and green! ✅ Use reusable dishes whenever possible ♻️ At minimum, bring eco-friendly, compostable supplies (plates, cups, etc.) 🗑 Recycling bags — collect recyclables throughout the weekend 🚯 Leave No Trace — pack it in, pack it out 🚗 Carpool if you can — reduce your footprint and connect with community! 🧽 Keep Your Campsite Clean: Tidy as you go to reduce impact 🙌 Lead by Example: Others will follow your vibe — make it a clean one!

Can we have a fire?🔥 Fire Safety & Fires Policy Fires allowed only if weather permits — your safety is our priority! We will follow all local fire weather watches and red flag warnings If a red flag warning is issued, no fires will be allowed on-site We hope to host one large community fire for gathering and music If fires are permitted, you may bring raised portable fire pits for individual fires We encourage sharing fires with your neighbors to reduce impact Music and community around the fire will be part of the experience!
