Diversity is important to us and we strive to provide a wide range of vendors to our customers. We welcome vendors from all backgrounds and cultures to join our community and showcase their unique products

Apply to Be A Vendor

Calling all Healers, Artisans and Wellness Practitioners...... 2025 VENDOR REGISTRATION is NOW OPEN for 2025!!! We plan to grow our unique village of a variety of vendors who share expertise and creativity with the festival-goers. If you would like to be part of this magical experience, please fill out this vendor application.

There are limited spots available and until your application is in and payment paid your spot is not secured. Once we fill up with vendors, it will become an APPROVAL ONLY Process. Want to guarentee a spot? Do not delay!

Registration includes a designated space, 15 x 10 in size, includes 2 ALL Access Passes.

$379. Tier 2 Vendors (wellness, merchant, art) (DOES Not include table, chairs or canopy. MUST Provide a tent.)

$399 Tier 2 Food Vendors (Must have own Water/Electric/Olmsted County food permit)

***Vendor Set Up and Festival Access Opens WEDNESDAY in 2025. Vendors are welcome to camp beginning Wednesday night for an intimate evening of connecting.  Tear down Sunday morning. 

WORKSHOPS: PRIORITY GOES TO TOP SPONSORS, PAID VENDORS and then INVITE ONLY and will need to be approved based on applications. 

Please note you must bring own electric and water if needed.

Registration includes Tent Camping. If you would like to bring an RV, it is an additional $75 fee for boondock spot. Reserve Your RV Spot under "Tickets".
