Calling all Healers, Artisans and Wellness Practitioners...... 2025 VENDOR REGISTRATION is NOW on a waitlist for HEALERS other than 1 massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, IV Therapy for 2025!!! We are growing a unique village of a variety of vendors who share expertise and creativity with the festival-goers. If you would like to be part of this magical experience, please fill out this vendor application.

There are limited spots available and until your application is in and payment paid your spot is not secured. Once we fill up with vendors, it will become an APPROVAL ONLY Process. Want to guarantee a spot? Do not delay!

$379 Vendors (Now on Tier 2 pricing) **USE THIS for vending other than FOOD)

Registration includes a designated space, 15 x 10 in size, includes 2 ALL Access Passes. (DOES Not include table, chairs or canopy. MUST Provide own tent.)

$399 Food Vendors ( FULL)

(Must have own Water/Electric/Olmsted County food permit)

***Vendor Set Up and Festival Access Opens WEDNESDAY in 2025. Vendors are welcome to camp beginning Wednesday night for an intimate evening of connecting.  Tear down Sunday morning. 

*Vendors who need an extra guest pass may purchase a Weekend Pass that includes Thursday night early arrival for $135. Use this VENDING link.
